Office Manager

As an Office Manager you will be working for a leading provider of employee engagement and benefits products. They provide their clients with bespoke programmes of discounts, perks, and incentives allowing companies to truly show employees they are valued. They are looking for someone that will ensure the professional smooth running of the office. You will be central to maintaining the professional, welcoming and efficient running office.

The Role 
This role involves a wide range of tasks from the everyday to large on going projects. There is a lot to juggle so you will need to have excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise. Your role will involve:
*Welcoming all Clients and Visitors that come through reception
*Running the meeting rooms- bookings, maintenance and preparation
*Maintaining front of house and reception areas
*Managing office resources; from drinks fridges to stationary to client promotional material
*Managing supplier relationships, as well as finding new suppliers when needed 
*Handling deliveries 
*You will also be involved in on going projects on an ad hoc basis

As well as having their core company values of being an excellent communicator and relationship builder. Specifically for this role you need to be: 
*A great problem solver, with ability to react quickly 
*Highly self motivated- you will need to take initiative
*Observant with great attention to detail- think of the office as a 5* hotel
*Confident and personable- you are often the first person clients/ visitors meet
*Creative, with ability to think innovatively for new ways of doing things
*Be able to demonstrate how you have multi tasked before
*Office management/ receptionist experience (desirable)
