Our client is a Legal 500 rated law firm that is looking to recruit a marketing assistant to assist the Practice Manager with a number of marketing tasks.
Working closely with the Practice Manager, this role offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic role where you will be able to utilise your administrative skills and marketing knowledge. Please note that this role will involve working part-time on a 3-day-a-week basis in the City.
For this role, it is essential that you have previous marketing experience, ideally in a professional services environment. You must have a keen eye for detail and a robust character as the role will involve working with senior lawyers.
Experience in working with CRM databases is desirable with strong IT literacy skills a must.
As part of this marketing administrator role, you will be involved in tasks such as:
- Collection of CRM data from senior management and staff members as well as maintaining the database on an ongoing basis
- Handling the administration of marketing materials such fliers and â€˜E-zines', organising seminars and assisting in legal directory submissions
- Maintaining the company website, updating photos and assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as necessary.
